Using proprietary fittings custom-fabricated in our metal shop, our Vacuum-blasting technique allows for precision abrasive blasting in a virtually dustless environment. The combination blasting/suction head allows ensures a precise injection of abrasives into the air stream while allowing for clean and interruption-free blasting.

Our Vacuum-blasting technique is appropriate for a variety of abrasive blasting materials including recycled glass, garnet and aluminum oxide. It allows us to blast in environments where there is low to no-tolerance for blasting material or substrate intrusion and where efficiency and effectiveness are important. If necessary, we can use this approach in protection-free environments.
